Terms and Conditions
Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed. Once an order is placed we will charge your credit card for the full amount of your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders at this time.
Order Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee will be charged for all cancelled orders. If you cancel your order before we provide you with a design proof you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel your order after we have provided you with a design proof, but before production has begun, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $40.00. If you cancel your order after production has started a refund, whether in full or partial, will not be issued. Refunds for canceled orders may either be issued to the card that was used for payment or issued in the form of a credit for future orders.
Big Foot Signs is located in Upstate South Carolina. Our goal is to ship within five (5) business days after your design proof is approved, unless otherwise noted. This does not include shipping time. For faster production time we offer rush orders. There will be a fee for rush orders. For faster shipping time, you have the option of upgrading your shipping. The fees for expedited shipping are separate from/in addition to rush production fees. All orders are issued a tracking number at the time of shipping.
Orders that have been shipped cannot be returned. Design proofs will be issued for each order, and production will not begin until the design proof has been approved. Orders will be made exactly like the approved design proof, therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to check for accuracy in spelling, colors, layout, etc. before approving the proof.
Once the order is placed you are responsible for the content of the design you have created. If you require assistance from Big Foot Signs design team you will receive two (2) free design proofs for each product/order. If additional design proofs are required you will be charged a $9.00 design fee for each proof. If you request to have a logo or extensive artwork there will be an artwork fee of $45.00 per hour with a one hour minimum. The customer is responsible for making sure all spelling, colors, layout, etc. is correct before approving the proof. Any and all artwork designed or provided by Big Foot Signs is the property of Big Foot Signs until the customer has purchased it. Any and all attempts to copy or reproduce artwork owned by Big Foot Signs without written consent will be considered copyright infringement, and Big Foot Signs reserves the right to seek damages. Any pre-designed artwork/photographs provided by a customer or uploaded to our site by a customer cannot be recreated or produced by Big Foot Signs unless the requesting customer has permission from the original owner/designer. We prefer Vectored, EPS, or AI files. However, higher resolution 300 DPI, PNG, or PSD files and full-sized JPEG or PDF files may be used.
The use of this website or purchase of our products means that you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Big Foot Signs from any and all claims, liability, and costs associated with your misuse of this site or our products. By purchasing our products you agree that you intend to comply with all local and state ordinances regarding the placement and use of the purchased product.
